When customers interact with a Yalanehgez-powered WhatsApp assistant, we collect information provided during the conversation: name, phone number, booking or appointment details, order details, payment confirmation details, receipt information, notes, and any other information the customer chooses to share.
This data is used to process and manage bookings, appointments, orders, reminders, payments, receipts, support messages, and operational reports on behalf of the business. We do not sell or rent customer data.
Yalanehgez may use Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure, AI providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and dashboard tools where necessary to operate the service.
Yalanehgez uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By messaging a Yalanehgez-powered number, users are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Business and Commerce Policies.
Customers can reply STOP to unsubscribe from promotional messages. They may still receive transactional messages related to active bookings, appointments, orders, payments, or receipts.
Records are retained for as long as the business operator requires for operational, support, reporting, and compliance purposes, unless deletion is requested and legally possible.
